In January, Capital Union Bank closed on the purchase of The Templeton Building Complex (on top of the hill), across the street from our current offices. This is an exciting development, as it means we will be able to combine our entire Nassau Team in the new offices, once the necessary renovations are completed.
Legendary investor Sir John Templeton moved to The Bahamas in the 1960s and expanded his global empire from Nassau, becoming a key contributor to the country’s reputation as a financial center.
The move to new offices is not just operational, but also very symbolic of CUB’s rise as the leading financial institution in the country.
